On the 19th of September 2014, 15 Unique original life-size sculptures, will sat on the grassy slopes of the People’s Park. One of the most amazing and visual legacy projects for Limerick City of Culture is the creation and distribution of Limerick Corridor Art Programme (LCAP) Urban Horse Project sculptures across the city.
